Grilled Pineapple and Hot-Honey Chicken Kebabs.

Grilled pineapple and hot-honey chicken kebabs are a fantastic choice for a flavorful and satisfying meal. Here's a simple recipe to get you started: 

Ingredients: – 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunk – 1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunk – Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/4 cup honey – 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste) – Wooden or metal skewer

Instructions: Get the grill ready by heating it up to medium-high. To avoid burning, soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour before use. 

To make the hot-honey glaze, combine the honey and hot sauce in a small bowl. To make it as spicy as you like, just add more or less hot sauce. Make sure to leave a small gap between each piece when you thread the pineapple chunks and chicken chunks alternately onto the skewers. 

Put some salt and pepper on the skewers and season them to taste. To achieve a perfectly cooked chicken with caramelized pineapple, place the skewers on a hot grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once. 

Brush the skewers with the hot-honey glaze in the last few minutes of cooking, making sure to turn them every so often to coat them evenly. Avoid letting the glazing burn by being cautious. 

Take the skewers off the grill and set them aside to cool for a few minutes before serving when the chicken is done cooking and the pineapple has caramelized to your preference.
