(Part-2)  New York, Washington, and other Northeast cities prepare for another snowstorm this week.

Before Friday, the states in the Northeast and the middle of the Atlantic, particularly those along the Interstate 95 corridor, will join in on the fun.

As the storm system moves away from the East Coast on Friday night, the accumulation of snow could cause problems on the roads and at some of the biggest airports in the country throughout the day.

Through Saturday, January 20, 2024, the forecast calls for a total of snowfall across the Northeast.

It should be noted that this snowstorm will not be a record-breaking one that will bury millions of people in the Northeast.

Craig Herrera, a meteorologist for FOX News, stated that there is a possibility of snowfall along the Interstate 95 corridor of the United States.

"It's a plot that's very similar to the one we saw the last time. The snowfall could range from one to three inches, and it could even be a little bit higher.

The cities of Buffalo and Watertown in the state of New York are preparing for an extra lake-effect snowfall of several feet over at least the first half of the weekend weather forecast.

There is a possibility of higher snow totals ranging from three to five inches in certain regions of New England, such as Boston, as well as in the interior regions of the Northeast.
