Popsicles made with granola and yogurt for breakfast, great for kids and adults.

Granola and yogurt popsicles are indeed a fun and nutritious breakfast option for both kids and adults, especially during warm weather. Here's a simple recipe to make these tasty treats:

Ingredients: – 2 cups plain Greek yogurt – 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste) – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

– 1 cup granola (homemade or store-bought) – 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, sliced bananas, diced peaches, or any fruits of your choice) – Popsicle molds – Popsicle sticks

Instructions: Mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla essence in a bowl. Mix thoroughly and smooth. Put a little yogurt in each popsicle mold, about one-third full.

Press granola gently into yogurt in each mold to compact it. Distribute mixed fresh fruits evenly over the granola in each mold. Fill each mold to the top with remaining yogurt mixture.

Place popsicle sticks in mold centers. To make fully frozen popsicles, freeze the molds for at least 4-6 hours. Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles after they're frozen firm.

Granola and yogurt popsicles can be eaten right once or frozen in an airtight container.

Granola and yogurt popsicles are tasty and full of protein, calcium, fiber, and vitamins and minerals. They provide a refreshing and healthful breakfast for hectic mornings or a healthy snack any time of day. You can also add your preferred fruits and granola flavors. Enjoy!
